Davon Bailey is the founder of Eat.Work.Play 24/7 (EWP), a media platform for Charlotteans that bridges the gap between local businesses and the millennials that would love to patronize them. Davon is orginally from Maryland, and moved to Charlotte, NC after completing an internship with Bank of America. Shortly after, EWP was formed.
Davon received his Bachelor’s degree of Economics in 2013 at Bucknell University in Lewisburg Pennsylvania.
“With Eat.Work.Play, he’s stretching his leadership capabilities and using his creative skills to build and grow something he feels has no limitations. He officially launched Eat.Work.Play (EWP) in September of 2015 through City Startup Labs, an incubator program focused on helping young African American men become self-employed entrepreneurs. The business is really an extension of something Bailey has done since high school – connect different social circles to one another and to worthwhile organizations in his community. It’s who he is, and now he’s turned it into a business with over 60,000 users so far.” – Melisa Graham of B2B Tribe Magazine Session Leading: Creating Change Beyond The Classroom
