Garrett Graham is currently Vice President of Performance Insights Analytical Strategy for the Customer Experience organization of Citi Cards, North America. Garrett examines the omni-channel customer experience, using a variety of analytical tools, to gain an end-to-end understanding of the Citi Cards customer. Prior to coming to Citi, Garrett worked at ClickFox – a software company focusing in big data analytics regarding the customer experience. During his time at ClickFox, Garrett worked with multiple Fortune 50 financial institutions to drive customer experience strategy and support client initiatives.
Garrett is a graduate of the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill (BSBA ’08) and Wake Forest University (MBA ’14). He is passionate about technology and big data analytics. Additionally, Garrett is a tutor for the Wake Forest University MBA program in Charlotte, primarily helping students with Quantitative Analysis. Presently, he lives in Charlotte with his wife Courtney and their dogs Franklin and Webster.
