A North Carolina native and UNC-Chapel Hill graduate, Jane is passionate about empowering people to be powerful agents for their community. She is a natural connector of people and solutions.
Jane is a Manager in Accenture’s Talent and Organization practice managing large scale transformations and change management solutions across financial service organizations for the past 7 years. She is experienced in delivering strategic business solutions for Financial Services clients with a focus on People and Organizational Development.
Her work includes analysis and strategic design of operating models, assessing impacts, recommending solutions, performing stakeholder and systems assessments, establishing change management strategies, strategic organizational design, and risk analysis and human performance change management.
Jane co-founded the Charlotte Accenture Engagement committee to improve the overall employee experience in the office through networking and social activities. She has acted as Strategic Lead overseeing Inclusion and Diversity resource groups in Charlotte, and supporting Accenture’s efforts to equip communities with Skills to Succeed. She is an active leader in the non-profit community in Charlotte, volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Apparo, Dress for Success and Lifespan.
Jane enjoys wine tasting, traveling, yoga and cooking delicious food for friends and family.
