Patricia Massey Hoke is currently a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Consulting LLP where she serves clients across various industries in large scale business model transformation and strategy development projects. In addition to her client work, Patricia is a community engagement leader in Deloitte’s Charlotte office where she leads local efforts with Girls on the Run, manages the Senior Consultant volunteer community, and has participated in multiple pro-bono efforts including those with the Charlotte Ballet and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Charlotte.
Before attending business school, Patricia lived in Washington, DC and worked for various organizations related to ending domestic childhood hunger including the Capital Area Food Bank and DC Public Schools. Patricia continues to be passionate about improving access to fresh, local food for low-income populations.
Patricia sits on a Board Committee for Girls on the Run of Charlotte and is a proud member of the World Economic Forum Charlotte Shapers Hub. She is also a Davidson College alum and enjoys participating in alumni activities and cheering at Wildcat basketball games. Patricia, her husband, and their dog, Rocky, are thrilled to be in the Charlotte area where they look forward to building community, raising a family, and convincing all of their friends to move here!
